Description
Ventilair Studio Prado combines ventilation, heat recovery and active temperature support in a single decentralised unit. It is intended for individual rooms or defined zones where a central ventilation system would be difficult to install, but the room still requires a controlled supply of fresh air.
Ventilation for higher-occupancy rooms
The unit provides fresh-air capacity of up to 300 mยณ/h, making it suitable for classrooms and other shared spaces with a greater ventilation demand than a typical domestic room. A counterflow heat exchanger transfers energy between the extract and supply air streams to reduce heat loss during normal ventilation.
Integrated heating, cooling and filtration
Studio Prado also provides active thermal support, with stated cooling capacity of 3.3 kW and heating capacity of 3.9 kW. This allows it to contribute to room temperature control as well as air exchange.
The incoming air passes through a layered filter arrangement comprising a primary filter, activated carbon and an F7 filter. These stages address larger particles, finer particulate matter and odours before the supply air enters the occupied space.
Local and remote control
A touchscreen interface provides direct access to operating settings, while Wi-Fi app control allows the unit to be monitored and adjusted from a smartphone. This makes Studio Prado suitable for projects that need advanced room-level control without requiring a full building management system.
