Ventilair Mockado Fresh Air Dehumidifier

£POA

The Ventilair Mockado Fresh Air Dehumidifier combines active dehumidification with a controlled supply of filtered outdoor air. It draws fresh air into the building while simultaneously recirculating humid indoor air through its compressor and evaporator system to remove excess moisture.

Available with dehumidification capacities from 35 to 220 litres per day and airflow capacities from 350 to 2,000 m³/h, the Mockado Fresh Air Dehumidifier can also shut off the outdoor air intake when faster humidity reduction is required. A controller is included, and a permanent condensate drain connection is required.

Description

The Ventilair Mockado Fresh Air Dehumidifier provides centralised humidity control while also introducing filtered outdoor air into the building. This makes it suitable for applications where excess moisture and fresh-air supply both need to be managed through one ducted system.

During normal operation, outdoor air is drawn into the unit, filtered and purified before being supplied to the indoor space. At the same time, humid indoor air is extracted into the Mockado and passed across the compressor and evaporator system, where moisture is removed. The treated air is then filtered and returned to the room.

Fresh air and dehumidification in one system

The fresh-air function can operate alongside indoor dehumidification, allowing the system to provide controlled outdoor air while continuously reducing excess humidity.

When more rapid humidity reduction is needed, the outdoor fresh-air intake can be closed. The unit then concentrates on recirculating and dehumidifying indoor air without introducing additional outside air.

This flexibility allows the Mockado Fresh Air Dehumidifier to respond to changing indoor conditions rather than operating as a simple fixed-purpose dehumidifier.

Five capacity options

The range is available in five sizes:

  • 35 L/day dehumidification with 350 m³/h airflow
  • 60 L/day with 500 m³/h airflow
  • 85 L/day with 800 m³/h airflow
  • 200 L/day with 1,500 m³/h airflow
  • 220 L/day with 2,000 m³/h airflow

This range of capacities allows the system to be selected for different property sizes, moisture loads and ventilation requirements.

All Ventilair Mockado configurations require a condensate drain connection. Water removed from the air during dehumidification is discharged through the drainage system rather than being stored in an internal tank.

This makes the Mockado suitable for continuous or regularly scheduled dehumidification where manual emptying of a portable water container would be impractical.

A controller is included.
