Description
The Intellisense I7 Bathroom Fan is designed to cover a wide range of residential ventilation requirements without needing a different fan for each application. Six selectable ventilation modes support both continuous and intermittent extraction, while a seventh heat-mover mode allows surplus heat to be transferred to an adjacent room when installed appropriately.
Its intelligent controls include a humidity sensor, presence sensor, overrun timer and airing function. Depending on the selected mode, the fan can maintain low-level background ventilation, increase airflow when somebody enters the room, or respond automatically when humidity rises. If the fan has remained inactive for an extended period, the airing function can run it periodically to help prevent stale or musty air.
Performance ranges from 40 m³/h at low speed to a maximum of 110 m³/h, with a maximum pressure of 48 Pa. The energy-efficient BLDC motor consumes up to just 3 W, while sound levels range from approximately 17 to 25 dB(A) at 3 metres. The motor also self-adjusts to help maintain airflow when resistance changes within the ductwork.
The Intellisense I7 is IP44 rated for wet-room applications and can be mounted on either a wall or ceiling. It is available in black and white, allowing the finish to be matched more easily to contemporary bathroom interiors.
