Description
The i-Vent Internal G3 Filter provides the first level of particle filtration inside the Smart Ventilation Unit. It is intended to catch larger airborne material before it can accumulate on the fan, heat-recovery components or other internal surfaces.
G3 media is a coarse pre-filter rather than a fine-allergen filter. Its role is to trap larger dust, fibres and debris while maintaining relatively low airflow resistance.
As dirt builds up, resistance through the filter increases. Checking the filter during routine maintenance and replacing it when required helps maintain the unit’s airflow and protects internal components.
