Description
The YVG D100 groups the main components required to take a compatible bathroom fan directly through an external wall. It is intended for bathrooms, shower rooms and other installations where the fan exhausts outdoors without a longer duct run.
The kit contains an external grille, Ø100/104 mm wall pipes and backdraught protection. The backdraught component helps restrict unwanted reverse airflow when the fan is not running, while the outside grille provides a finished termination for the wall opening.
Installation
The YVG D100 is designed for connection to bathroom fans using a Ø98-100 mm adaptor. The supplied wall pipe arrangement accommodates walls up to 310 mm thick. Where the wall construction is deeper, additional compatible wall pipe can be used to extend the route.
