Description
The Ventilair Mistral Indoor Installation Kit is designed for projects where reaching the outside face of the wall is difficult, costly or unsafe. Unlike a conventional external hood that is fixed from outdoors, this arrangement allows the outside termination to be positioned from inside the property.
The external hood and its rubber sealing component are passed through the prepared wall opening from the room side. Once positioned, the hood protects the outside end of the ventilation route while preserving the airflow path required by the Mistral.
Useful for restricted-access facades
The kit is particularly relevant to upper-floor flats, retrofit work and buildings where scaffolding, ladders or direct facade access are undesirable. It forms part of the complete Mistral through-wall installation and should be selected with the appropriate wall pipe and internal unit.
