Centralised heat recovery ventilators form the heart of a whole-building Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery, or MVHR, system. A central unit extracts stale and humid air from areas such as kitchens and bathrooms while supplying fresh, filtered air to living spaces, bedrooms and other occupied rooms through a network of ducts.
